2008 MPE Conference Poster Committee

The job of this committee is to collect wallet-sized senior photos from each graduate and prepare a poster to display at the MPE Conference in April.

It’s best to make the poster on stiff poster board so it can be displayed on an easel.

Give graduates plenty of warning that you’ll need the senior photos.

Arrange for someone to take the poster to the conference and also arrange for someone to pick the poster up at the end of the conference and later bring it to College Church for display during the graduation reception.

We borrowed an easel from a different church to display the poster at the reception.  Check in with the Decorations Committee if you have any questions concerning the reception.
