Plan a banquet for seniors and guests.  This activity is not funded by MPE nor by the graduation fees.  There will be a charge to those participating in this event.  Keeping the cost to a minimum allows more people to attend.

Minimum needed: 6 people

Me (Shelby), and my ma (Carrie) are on this team and would like to know if anyone else is too? I have heard from one lady that her and her daughter are also on this team and we would like to get started planning all this…anyone elso interested in helping out with this part of our special year?!

I believe I told Brenda Cacy that we wanted to sign up for this team, which is me and my mom Julia.

My son Ryan and I would like to volunteer for this team. I had a child graduating last year and helped with the banquet last year also. Who do I need to contact?

Shelby and I have been doing a lot of talking and thinking. I do not have email information for either of you but need to get in touch so we can discuss stuff. )Mrsjakelol@yahoo.com) Send me an email so I can fill you in. I have been in touch with Peggy and Cami Collison. That makes 8 of us. YEAH!

I would love to have a senior banquet! It sounds like so much fun! Getting to dress up, have a nice dinner, visit with friends…it all sounds great! I don’t know about anyone else, but I would definitely like it better without any dancing, and I also think it best to only play Christian music. I saw the dress code for last year, and I totally agree with it, too. Oh! And how about a father-daughter/mother-son dance? I hope everything works out, because it will be something that I will remember forever!!

I’m not too picky usually, but I though from years past that the seniors had a choice of either coming stag-with a date-or bringing their parents. If your suggesting that we shouldn’t have dancing, then why have a father-daughter/mother-son dance? I most likely will be coming to this stag and I don’t think most of the other grads will be bringing their parents so it would be kinda awkward for those of us who don’t have a parent to dance with. So yea.. just wanted to throw that comment in there for y’all to think about! :) thanks for all the work y’all are putting into it! :)

Question for the people on this team. I couldn’t find the girls with the invites for this last night at the meeting and was wondering if you could post the info on what you have so far. Like date, time, theme, ect. Thanks so much!

I am sure that the information will be posted soon about date, time, etc. There won’t be any dancing so no one has to worry about that. You do have the option of coming alone, with a guest or parent(s) The murder mystery will be interactive so come with the expectation of having lots of fun! We hope this will be something unique, but special for all those who attend.
