Deadlines!

 

DEADLINES:
Items may be emailed, snail mailed(contact the email for an address) or hand delivered at the appropriate meeting. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in appropriate penalties. Please watch deadlines carefully and submit early.
October 10, 2009 Tshirt order and money received by Tshirt team.
December 1, 2009 Submit class verse, motto or quote suggestions on website.

January Meeting or before:
*Vote on Class motto, quote or verse.
*Send 4-5 pictures to Video Team
*Send Senior picture, Senior bio(75 words or less) and Rose recipients (7 people who have helped the graduate in their life or schooling) to Program Team
* Send Senior picture (wallet size) via US Mail to Poster Team
*Send Diploma info (School name, city, state, graduate’s full name, quote (if desired)
* Send Measurements (height and head circumference) for cap and gown

March meeting or before:
*Submit live blessing script (30 seconds or less) to Video Team
* or Sign up to have Blessing recorded
*Seating Reservations to seating team. click here Families are seated together in the front. Other guests sit in available seating behind.

May 13th: Mandatory Rehearsal at College Church 6:30pm until finished

May 14th Graduation Day 11pm Decoration Team only for setup, 2:00pm All Graduates Set up Displays, 4:30pm Group photo will be taken. All graduates must be in group shot. Optional individual shots may be taken. 5:00 Break for dinner 6:00pm All graduates in Green Room in cap and gown
6:30 Ceremony Reception follows ceremony with cookies, drinks, viewing the Graduate Displays. There is seating available and wheelchair access. The building is open at 5:30 for viewing of the Graduate Displays before the ceremony.

Graduate Displays: Each graduate has 3-4 feet on a table to create a display with favorite activities, awards, pictures, candy, etc. These are monitored by Juniors and their families.
